About Minori Midori and our editorial method

Who is Minori Midori built for?

Minori Midori is designed for distributors that sell food to restaurants, grocers, institutions, or consumers. Its wholesale side supports designated business accounts, per-customer pricing, order minimums, net terms, credit limits, invoicing, and online invoice payment. Its retail side uses the same catalog for direct ordering and card checkout.

The product pages describe what the software does today. The pricing page identifies which plan includes each capability.

How does Minori Midori verify product claims?

We describe shipped behavior, not roadmap promises. Product and pricing claims are checked against the working application and its release records. Plan limits and fees come from the same canonical data used by the pricing page, signup flow, and structured data.

When a feature is limited to a plan, we name the plan. When a result comes from a customer, we attribute it to that customer instead of presenting it as a universal or independently measured result.

How are Minori Midori guides researched?

Our resource library answers practical questions about wholesale ordering, pricing, invoicing, fulfillment, and food-distribution operations. Claims that rely on outside facts link to the source in the article. We prefer government publications, official documentation, company filings, and a vendor’s own current materials over unsourced summaries.

  • Question-form sections answer the reader’s question first.
  • Dated facts are rechecked when an article is materially updated.
  • Estimates and customer-reported outcomes are labeled as such.
  • Unsupported numbers, testimonials, and feature claims are omitted.

How are software comparisons handled?

Minori Midori publishes comparisons involving its own product, so they are not independent reviews. We disclose that interest on the comparison page. Competitor claims are attributed to the competitor’s own public materials and checked on the date shown in our editorial record. We avoid copying temporary prices into articles and describe an apparent absence narrowly: what the reviewed public material did not surface, rather than what another product can never do.

How are customer stories handled?

We identify a customer only with permission. Quotations and outcomes are attributed, and measured results include a defined source and reporting window. Internal test records, abandoned transactions, or ambiguous totals are not presented as customer success metrics. The ProduceXpress case study shows this approach: it states David’s reported before-and-after experience without inventing hours saved or an error-reduction rate.

How can a reader request a correction?

If a product claim, source, or description appears inaccurate or out of date, email [email protected]. Include the page URL and the claim in question. We will check it against the current product or primary source and correct the public page when warranted.
