What's the difference between Starter and Growth?+
Starter is your wholesale business online — a B2B storefront with approvals, per-customer pricing, terms and invoicing. Growth keeps all of that and adds a retail storefront with card checkout, memberships, subscription boxes and your own domain.
Can I use my own domain?+
Custom domains are part of Growth. You add the domain in your admin, follow the DNS steps, and your storefront serves on it exactly as it does on your minorimidori.com subdomain.
Do I have to talk to sales to get started?+
No. Pick a plan, choose a subdomain, and you're in your own admin the same day — you can add a product and take an order without anyone from our side involved.
How does billing work?+
Your plan is a monthly subscription that starts when you sign up. There's no free trial; you can request a demo first if you'd like to see it in action.
