Questions, answered.

What's the difference between Launch and Starter?+

Launch is the easy way in: $49 a month plus 2% of card sales, a retail storefront with card checkout only, and room for 25 products, so you can start selling without a big monthly commitment. Starter is the same retail storefront at full scale for a flat $299 a month with 0% of sales, and it adds promo codes, spreadsheet import for customers and products, manual payment options alongside cards, and room for 100 products.

What's the difference between Starter and Growth?+

Starter is your retail storefront: card checkout, instant customer accounts, delivery days and reports. Growth keeps all of that and adds the whole wholesale side, which is business accounts with net terms and credit limits, named price tiers for customer groups, invoicing and statements, plus memberships, subscription boxes and your own domain.

Can I use my own domain?+

Custom domains are part of Growth. You add the domain in your admin, follow the DNS steps, and your storefront serves on it exactly as it does on your minorimidori.com subdomain.

Can shoppers buy without creating an account?+

Yes. On stores with card payments connected, guest checkout is on automatically: a shopper pays by card with just an email and their delivery or pickup details, gets an order status link by email, and can optionally create an account afterwards that picks the order up into their history. Stores without card payments keep sign-in checkout.

Do I have to talk to sales to get started?+

No. Pick a plan, choose a subdomain, and you're in your own admin the same day. You can add a product and take an order without anyone from our side involved.

How does billing work?+

Your plan is a subscription that starts when you sign up, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is 10× the monthly price, so you get 2 months free: $490, $2,990, $5,990 or $11,990 a year depending on your plan. Cancelling an annual plan stops it from renewing: your store keeps running through the term you've paid for, and there are no mid-term refunds. There's no free trial; you can request a demo first if you'd like to see it in action.

Can my wholesale customers set up recurring orders?+

Yes. On Growth, approved business buyers can create standing orders: a recurring order that's placed automatically on their net terms, weekly or every two weeks, and that they can pause or edit anytime.

Can I set different prices for different customer groups?+

Yes, on every plan Starter and up: one base price list with per-customer overrides for the accounts that earn them. On Growth you can also create named price tiers (restaurant, grocer, institutional), set tier prices once, and assign accounts to the tier. If an account has both, its own override wins, and every buyer only ever sees their own numbers.

How do wholesale customers get set up?+

You decide who buys wholesale, from the admin. Add an account yourself (email, terms and pricing) and your customer gets one email from your store: they set a password and they're ordering at their prices, no application or approval wait. You can convert an existing retail customer to wholesale in one step, and you can email a prospect an invitation that points them at a private application page you approve. There's no public wholesale signup on your storefront.

Can I import my customers and products from a spreadsheet?+

Yes. Products and retail customers import on every plan Starter and up, and wholesale customers with their terms and tiers import on Growth. Upload your customer book or catalog as .xlsx or .csv, review a preview that shows exactly what will be created and flags anything that already exists (imports never change existing records), and confirm. Importing sends no emails: your customers only hear from you when you invite them, and you can send those welcome invitations in waves: a handful of key accounts first, the rest when you're ready.

Do you take a commission on my sales?+

On Launch, yes: a 2% platform fee on card sales, stated right next to its price, so the entry plan can be $49 a month. On every plan Starter and up, it's 0% of sales: no percentage or per-order fees, and our only revenue is your subscription. On every plan, card and bank-debit payments settle to your own Stripe account; Stripe's standard processing fee goes to Stripe, not to us.

Can my wholesale customers pay their invoices online?+

Yes. On Growth, every invoice email includes a pay button: your buyer pays by card or bank debit (ACH), the payment settles to your Stripe account, and the invoice is marked paid automatically. Buyers can also pay any open invoice from their account page, and bank debit keeps processing fees low on large wholesale totals.

Can I see sales reports or export my data?+

Yes, on every plan. The admin includes sales reports by product, by customer, and over time, for any date range in your timezone, and each one exports as a CSV that opens cleanly in Excel or Google Sheets. Report totals reconcile exactly with your orders, so the numbers you hand your bookkeeper add up.

Does it work with QuickBooks?+

Yes, on every plan Starter and up. The admin includes an accounting export that downloads your payments received and orders as CSV files for any period, plus invoices where you use them (Growth), with the invoices file formatted for QuickBooks Online's own invoice import: columns map automatically and totals match your admin to the cent. It's file-based and one-way, so nothing touches your QuickBooks company until you import a file yourself.

Can it send monthly statements to my customers?+

Yes, wherever you invoice on terms (Growth). On the first of each month, every account with unpaid invoices gets an emailed statement listing each open invoice, an aging summary and the total owed, with a PDF attached. Zero-balance accounts are skipped, you can send a one-off statement from any customer's page whenever you need it, and automatic sending can be turned off in settings. On Growth, statements link each invoice to online payment.

What if I need more than Growth?+

That's what Enterprise is for. It keeps everything in Growth and adds catch-weight invoicing billed by actual shipped weight, multi-warehouse and multi-location operations, two-way QuickBooks sync, a public API with webhooks, the option to bring your own AI, shipping-label printing, and unlimited products. You can sign up for it directly, same as any other plan; if you have bespoke questions first, request a demo and we'll talk them through.
