Base price plus overrides
Set one base price per product — the number a new account gets. Then override it for the accounts that have earned better: a price at a time, only where it differs. When the base moves, every account without an override moves with it, and your override list stays short enough to actually review.
Buyers see their price, nothing else
Each approved buyer logs in and sees exactly one set of numbers: theirs. No other account's pricing is ever visible to them, so the awkward conversation about why the restaurant across the street pays less never happens by accident.
Orders, invoices, and standing orders all price from the same per-account list — there is no second place for a stale number to hide.
