A connected buyer can ask their assistant for the current fresh sheet, check their own prices, place a net-terms order, review invoices and balances, and manage standing orders. Every price the assistant quotes is computed server-side from that account's own ladder, and an assistant-placed order is a real order: same numbering, same pricing, same audit trail as one placed on the storefront.
Staff run the week from chat too
Your team connects with the same store login and works the admin side: draft fresh sheets, bulk-update products, import customer and product spreadsheets, check and adjust inventory, pull sales reports, set tracking on orders.
The guardrails are structural. Bulk changes show a preview the operator confirms before anything applies, and no bulk delete exists to be triggered by a badly phrased sentence.

Your assistant, your login, your permissions
This is bring-your-own AI: Minori Midori provides the connection, not a chatbot and not an AI subscription. It works with Claude on every Claude plan including the free one, with ChatGPT on paid plans with developer mode enabled, with Gemini through the Gemini CLI or Gemini Enterprise, and with other MCP-capable clients.
Sign-in is OAuth with the same store login, so an assistant can only ever see and do what its human can. And payment never happens in chat: when money moves, the assistant hands over a link to the normal checkout instead.
Included in Enterprise at $1,199/month. You bring the assistant and its subscription; Minori Midori provides the connection. This is a separate capability from the public API, which serves custom integrations over the same operation layer.

Yes. On the Minori Midori Enterprise plan, buyers connect their own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or another MCP-capable client) to your store with the same login they already have. They can ask for the fresh sheet, check their own prices, and place net-terms orders in conversation. Assistant-placed orders are real orders with the same pricing, numbering, and audit trail as storefront ones.
Which AI assistants can connect to a Minori Midori store?+
Claude works on every Claude plan including the free one. ChatGPT works on paid plans with developer mode enabled. Gemini connects through the Gemini CLI or Gemini Enterprise (not the consumer Gemini app). Other MCP-capable clients work too. Minori Midori publishes the endpoint and each person connects the assistant they already use; the store never sells or provides the AI itself. The capability is part of the Enterprise plan.
Can an AI assistant take payment from my buyers?+
No. Payment never happens in chat: when money needs to move, the assistant hands the buyer a link to the normal Minori Midori checkout, and card details never pass through the conversation. Ordering itself stays safe because totals are always computed server-side from the account's own prices, so an assistant can neither invent a discount nor mis-add an order.
